$675m Funding Secured

Dubai government has secured loan funding amounting to $675m for the first phase of the Al Sufouh Tram project. The project has recently been put fully back on track with the awarding of maintenance contracts and getting further funding secured. Hopefully now work will recommence in areas where it appears to have stopped over the past few years. The first phase of the project is due to be complete at the end of 2014.
